I went in for an oil change and left not being able to shift my car correctly. The store manager and area manager both refused to take any measure of responsibility. My car was working perfectly before they touched my car, and once in their possession it no longer functioned properly. Good business would assume to take responsibility and compensate the customer. Avoid this specific location at all costs, and I would avoid the company as a whole if this is how they operate and are ok with treating paying customers. Service: Oil change

This 5 star review is for Albert at this Jiffy Lube location. He was very professional, courteous, and helpful when I talked to him on the phone. He went out of his way to help me with a tire close to closing time. When I interacted with him at the location he demonstrated humility and integrity. Jiffy Lube is lucky to have him.

They are a little pricey but get the bare necessity done when it comes to oil changes. They also do not check all the other fluids in your car when you get an oil change. They handed me a paper saying my coolant was full and not even 2 hours later my car was overheating because my coolant was empty and I dont have leak so not sure how they could have missed that one. In my opinion you should just put "not checked" like they did for other parts of the car instead of just assuming its full.

So I decided to try Jiffy Lube in Lynchburg on Timberlake Rd. They had no issue and did an excellent job. Everyone was very kind and non judgemental. Ok so there is no doubt that this place is the best repair shop in Lynchburg. I happen to know the manager Joel and he has very extensive experience with older Porsche Fiat VW Alfa etc. Completely honest and absolutely the only person I trust with my cars with zero reservation. Joel takes a tremendous amount of pride in working with his technicians to broaden their experience and oversees all operations personally. These guys care about their work, love doing it and it shows. This place is not just for oil changes. Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Electrical, Brakes, Oil change

They weren't busy and the new guy helping me was so helpful and took a lot of time to make sure I got everything I needed and didn't do things that I didn't need. This was a horrible experience for me. I use to go to them a lot but this last time pushed me away for good. This was a horrible experience for me. I use to go to them a lot but this last time pushed me away for good. Good with oil changes and tires. Had a power steering pump replaced. It has wined since day 1. I reported it and was told they could replace it again but I’d be charged for it again! Had emergency brake work done. I just had to have the same emergency brake serviced again because one of the cables was wrong (too long). This Jiffy was the last one to service that emergency brake. I moved out of the area and have had to get this work done again (brake and pump) because it wasn’t done correctly the first time. I don’t give 1 ⭐️ often but paying for the same work twice is unacceptable.
