I went in to return, what I believe is defective can of freon and the hose. First guy was fine. Second guy, not a manager, that I could tell. But spoke to me like I knew nothing (after I explained in length what happened) but not possible that the can could be defective.Basically I did it wrong. Then it was compressor issue. It's not so much that he could be right, but impossible that he could be wrong, and can't help but get the feeling he thinks I know nothing because I am a woman. Wouldn't even take the hose back, or an exchange. I won't be using O Reilly's anymore and hope that its worth it to them. ~Maria

They where so helpful to me every time I go into the store the guys there are always friendly and keep a smile on there face I have never had any problems with getting what I need if something went wrong they took care of it with no problem at all and always respectful and friendly to me that’s why I always go there the staff is quick to help and when they are busy they look at you and say I will be right with you and I love that they see you standing there and they take time to speak and say I will be with you in a few!!! ~Stepanie

I always use this Jiffy Lube because the employees are so friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I recently got my car inspected and Jacob Hale walked me through the repairs I needed, helped me pick out a part that was not readily available and completed the necessary repairs quickly at a very fair price.
