Best fast food restaurant in Laguna Niguel, California (CA) 2025

The manager her helped us with our order the last time we came. We had a coupon and for whatever reason, the computer at this location didn’t have the coupon deal in their system. So the manager figured some things out and hooked us up with an even better deal than what we had the coupon for. Level of customer service, quick thinking, delivery of solution, and positivity throughout made the experience so great. You don’t have expect to get that level of service anymore at places like this. I hope that guy moves up the ladder quickly. I missed his name… but if you go here… you’ll know right away if you see him. Oh yeah… the chicken was great too. ~Martin

25 min drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of me. This is the third visit to this location and each visit took extremely long. Not sure what the point of having a drive-through defeats the purpose of “Fast” Food ~Robert

The young guy with curly hair wearinqg a glasses was serving the food without a glove and every time wiped out his hand on his shirt after touching the food. His attitude is so poor as a server. No respect at all to customers. ~Meyko
