Pull up to drive through. "Can i take your order?" yes, give me a Whopper with cheese, a Jr. Whopper no cheese and a small fries. Do you want the combo, did i ask for the combo? Do you want a drink? Did i ask for a drink? Well, what do you want? I said "If you'd quit interrupting me and listen, I've already told you I want, a Whopper with cheese, a Jr whopper no cheese, a small fries, that's it". Silence. Next window please! I get my order and should have checked it before I got home, no receipt,no Whopper but ..2 jr. whoppers and a small fry. I've gotten my order wrong there before so I will not go back. Inept and rude staff!

The young guy with curly hair wearinqg a glasses was serving the food without a glove and every time wiped out his hand on his shirt after touching the food. His attitude is so poor as a server. No respect at all to customers.

Sorry but every time I go to this Burger King the burgers are never warm the bacon is fatty and undercooked the bread is stale they put way too much sauce on every Burger it's absolutely disgusting experience. The only Burger King's that I like to eat out or the ones who actually cook their food and everything is fresh

Burger King's website and Google both have them listed as opening at 7AM. I got to BJ at 7:30 and they weren't open. Somebody showed up at 8AM, but she is just setting up and keeping the restaurant closed. It's 8:25AM and they still aren't open. I planned my morning around a Walmart oil change, which included getting BK for breakfast while I wait. It's been an hour and a half. Oil change isn't done, and BK still isn't open. The lady who works her just said that she can open in 30 minutes. 9AM, hopefully, my car will be done and I can drive somewhere else.

Service was horrible the two kids that were working had horrible customer service and they were just fooling around. One of them was doing squats touching the floor and sitting on the counter saying he was doing sit ups while they were preparing my order.

Love their jalapeno cheddar bites. Always ask for fresh ones and they will make it off the fryer for you.

Ordered one whopper and one impossible whopper as pickup and got impossible worst burger made I hardly had ever.No difference between the two burgers and meat was dried up.I will never order from here again.looks like the person made the burger for first time but I dont know how even someone can have such made. Enough said... Also I was given less number of nuggets when ordered, its really insane

This Burger King needs to improve their customer service. They are very rude to their customers tables are always dirty. If they get your order wrong they like to argue with the customer. So my family and I will not eat at this Burger King until they improve their customer service.
