I recommend personally my nail tech 100%, her name is Ginny, I have been a client of Ginny's for 14 years and she recently started at venetian nails. I like the place, is very clean and they provide excellent customer service. Ginny is the best, she is not only my nail tech but I consider her as friend. I visited the salon on a Wednesday, there was not allot of customers. I had the powder gel nails & pedicure. 1st I get the gel dip every time I go. My regular spot is Gulfstream. This lady didn't do the dip powder she did something I've never seen done before. Pedicure, she asked me which one I said basic. When I went to pay, just signed the receipt and went to my car. Gave her $20 tip for what I don't know. The receipt was over $100 I was in a hurry and had to leave, so I called them while I WAS DRIVING. They charged me for an upgraded pedicure and an abnormally high fee for my nails. They told me I had to speak to the manager, he will call me. Called next day and he was busy told her I'm calling me bank to reverse charges. I had the charges reversed and they fought me tooth and nail fighting. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE YOU LEAVE, THEY PUT UPCHARGES ON EVERYTHING YOU DON'T WANT. THIS PALCE IS A JOKE IT LOOKS LIKE A REALLY OLD VENETIAN NAILS. DON'T GO HERE!!!! Got a full set of acrylics. Nails started lifting about 1 week after service, and usually last a month for me. I just reached 2 week mark and 3 nails have already fallen off completely, and all the other nails are lifted. I Called up and was told they’d fix it for me if I came immediately. I stop what I was doing, drove to Venetian, and was then told in the salon that they will not fix it. I’ve had many bad experiences with the nail service here, and on top of that it is one of the most expensive nail salons in Weston. Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the only good part about Venetian is Joyce, who is incredible.

Horrible! Just horrible. The paint is like fainted, no nail cleaning. Horrible! UPDATED REVIEW: I was so disappointed at first, but they did them again for free, and SIERRA made my day! She’s amazing!! Never doing nails with other technician than her!! Thank you so so much!!

I had the Venetian pedicure with callus removal. Really terrible I have to say the worst customer service . The tech spent most of his time staring around the room at whatever everyone else was doing. Did not make me feel welcome at all. A 5 minute scrub with a pumice sponge on each foot and that was it. I seriously could have done a better job at home. Service: Pedicure

I have followed my hairdresser to new locations, but I NEVER thought I would follow my Nail Tech. I followed my Nail Tech, Ginny to her new location at Venetian Nail Spa because she has been doing my nails since 2013. Ginny is fast, efficient and friendly. I love the fact that she does designs, and she takes pride in her work. I never had to tell her to fix this or that, because it is always perfect! I did not know that I would be scheduled for a job interview and my nails needed to be done. I called Ginny and she told me to come in at 7:30 am, the store was closed, but she opened the store, just to do my nails and eyebrows for my interview (I got the job too). But that is what happens when you establish a good relationship. Ginny is the BEST!!! If you need a great Nail Tech…Ginny is your girl.

Only gave them one star because 0 stars is not an option. I went in for a pedicure and a dip manicure and it looked pretty good right after, except the fact that they were longer than I had wanted. But come Wednesday (4 days later) the nails were cracked and one completely snapped off. I call to ask if I can get them fixed, they say of course. When I get there the technician I had is busy with another client which is understandable but I had called 2 hours prior to let them know I’d be coming in. When I arrive they have another technician take me and the person at the front desk tells me she will do my nails but I will have to pay for some of it because it’s technically “been a week” since I got them done and since they were “too long” for a dip manicure. If you didn’t know they advertise that dip lasts longer than a regular manicure and should last 2-3 weeks and the technician who did my nails originally NEVER once told me that they were too long and would snap if I did dip. Overall, the dip at this place isn’t good and neither is the customer service. Services: Dip powder, Pedicure

Very disappointing service. I got a gel manicure on Saturday and it started during colors that night. I called on Monday and the receptionist said to come in and they would fix it for me at no charge. I came in to get it fixed and was told because the technician that did my nails wasn’t there another tech would have to do it and I would be charged. I told her that I called and was there would be no charge. That didn’t matter. Why would I have to pay to have their mistake fixed? I was already frustrated with having to come back and they made a bad situation worse. Absolutely ridiculous and won’t be back.
