It's too bad that so early you find people who are so arrogant, the lady with the surname Toribio, the first thing she said when she arrived that we didn't have much time, she put a lot of buts to open an account, I went to another bank and opened it without problems, Hopefully they give guidance to their staff on how to treat a client... very bad

Today was the first time I have been back to the bank in person since March. I have to say the experience was excellent thanks to Emily Mendoza, she was very pleasant and helpful and deserves praise for being a great professional but also a nice person. I have never had any negative experiences in this bank in the 7+ years I have used it and today was no exception thanks to Emily. Thank you all!

Today Josue was my hero, I did not have an appointment, a needed a document that was due today by the end of the day so I called several establishments and most of them were very rude telling me that they did not have an appointment some of them said until next Monday, I called this establishment and they told me that they could possibly give me one, so I walk in and Josue told me that he was not supposed to do it because I needed an appointment but he try and still decided to help me, thank you Josue. I'm glad to know that there are still people as kind as you.

This is my go-to location. First time I actually don’t mind going to do banking vs ATM. The staff is consistently friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Not convinced? Walk across the parking lot to the Bank of America building and spend five minutes inside and you’ll feel like you are in a third world country based on their operations. This location is very well run, adequately staffed, and super personable. It’s about has personable as a large institution can get.

These people speak to me as if I don't have experience making deposits. They act as if I was a thief and didn't believe I could make such a large deposit. In their small world they don't know how to be professional bankers, if they don't see better they won't know better!! Also I had problems with them trying to sell me a credit card and to set me up with investments a few months back, they don't understand the word "No".

Excellent bank. Bank representative Katherine was beyond excellent and tried to accommodate every need we had. Teller Bryan was extremely helpful as well. Can't say enough about the quality service experienced at this location.
