By far the best customer service I’ve experienced in YEARS. I purchased an Apple AirTag online for in store pick up at the *west pines* location. Unfortunately the store was temporarily shut down and my order was canceled. After searching high and low for this product, it seemed like every retailer was out of stock. I stumbled across the Southwest Ranches location by accident. I rushed over to the door and realized they had closed 10 minutes prior. I stood there reading the sign, obviously looking defeated. Ken came to the door and politely explained they closed at 6pm. I told him my story and he replied “I’m sure I can get you an AirTag no problem!”. He searched his computer for inventory. And then offered to pick it up from another location (on his way to work the next day). I haven’t seen this level of customer of service in years. That act of kindness was surprising and greatly appreciated. I have a different mobile provider, but if this experience is an example of how Verizon treats their customers, I’m definitely considering switching! Thank you for saving Christmas, Ken!

I came to this store about a month ago looking to change carriers. I received above and beyond amazing customer service from this store. The store manager (Antonio) was real and honest about plans and phones. I even recommended this store to other people as the customer service was excellent. That in itself says a lot as I have many Verizon stores that are closer but I will take the drive for customer service. I am happy with my new service and new phone.

The person working there was not interested in meeting the needs of his customer right in front of him. Instead while talking with me he was texting. As a potential customer, I want the person helping me undivided attention. I will never return to this Verizon store.
