I was very pleased with the service. Vanessa was very helpful and professional. She also was very patient with my friend who is a senior lady and sometimes ( almost always) gets lost using her phone. I would recommend to look for her next time you need a special treatment.

My experience in this store is always nice (nothing compared to other T-Mobile I used to go). There are always plenty of employees to help, and the vast majority speaks more that English. Very helpful!

This is closest store to my house and I’ve always had bad experience here. Been here multiple time couldn’t get any help, long wait times. I find it’s better to drive extra 15-20min to T-Mobile on pines blvd and flamingo (even when it’s crowded you’ll still get help and be in and out)

I went there several times and I had the greatest customer service I ever could have and asked for. Vanessa was very helpful, friendly and extremely professional all the time, she helped me set up my accounts, add lines and showed me different features I had with ny phone. She also introduced me to the T-mobile Tuesday app which i love !! And also recommended me to download the app to make payments or to check anything I would like to know about my account she definitely covers the whole package and she will answer all your questions, you will leave the store happy and filled with new and important information that will suit all your phone and personal needs. Ask for her when you come in!! 100% recomended.👌🏻👌🏻

I bought 2 phones with accessories spending more than $2000 in total. I try to return one $20 accessory 20 days later because did not work for me and TMOBILE said that they have a 14 days return policy. No one could help me. A simple return, turn in a custumer lost. Thank you

I had a problem with my phone blocking. I was helped thoroughly, politely and efficiently. Also, I had to pick up my T-Mobile Tuesday reward and that was done easily. Very clean store. Arrived early so I didn't have to wait on anything.
