Ordered cake on April 1st 10 am for May first IN PERSON. (A month before) Called while I was on the way to make sure that it was ready. The person I spoke to had no record of my order. The manager told me they didn't have anything and instead of trying to help or making a "replacement" she was basically like "oh well". After letting her know that I could've gone elsewhere and it's not my mistake that they misplaced my order that I did in person she said the earliest she can have it dome is at 5pm. (After our party). As well as keeping me on hold for a very long to the point no one came back amd i had to hangup. Very unprofessional and horrendous response to a mistake they did. I would've been fine if it was done a few hours later, mistakes happen.. but I had to ask for her to redo it because it wasn't something she wanted to deal with as if it was my fault. After all this the cake was the refrigerator the whole time. Terrible customer service. (Bakery). ~Rachelle
