Great experience, they are located within a car dealer's service department which would really be convenient for those customers as well. Robertson was very friendly, and provided excellent customer service. My rental car was great on gas and well maintained with no issues. Ensure to take the sunpass option as there are many toll roads in Florida. ~andrene

I met the new store manager, Yami, when she was covering for the store manager in Brickell. What a sweet lady! The Shoppes at Pembroke Garden was my favorite store when I lived in Miramar. I will make sure to visit that store when I am in the area. Sincerest congratulations for your promotion, Yami. I am sure that store will do great under your management. I witnessed 6 people walk out of the lobby tonight due to bad customer service and long wait times. This is all while waiting 20 minutes for an order I had placed 20 minutes online previously. The kitchen looks dirty as hell. Only one person is working the register. And my order was being prepared as I was waiting at the counter… when I had placed it all those minutes before before. AND the order was wrong. I promise I’ll drive another 15 minutes to another Pollo Tropical before I ever go to this one. I understand how the restaurant biz works, I worked in it for years but tonight was pitiful, pitiful enough for me to take time out of my evening to make this review. To make matters worse, I get home and the chicken is undercooked. ~Yas

This was my first eating here. Ordered tenders and a drink. Tenders were great. My wife ordered tenders and a Oreo shake. She loved the tenders and thought the shake was awesome. I drank some of the shake and I had to agree with her. Later that day, we went to our local PDQ for dinner and I got a salad and peanut butter shake. My wife got tenders, again, and a drink. My daughter got nuggets and a drink. Everything was good but the salad was small for the price. I would recommend this place to anyone. ~Ben

Horrible customer service! Diana who’s in the front needs customer service training. She was really friendly when she wanted me to spend more money on a package. Which I did purchase. After getting home I noticed my wax service wasn’t great. I called for a refund Stephanie the manager never processed. I called for a status. Instead of advising Diana wanted to argue. First and definitely the LAST time. Service: Brazilian waxing ~Katrisha
