DON'T TAKE YOUR CHILD TO DORKA! SHE'S TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! She's impatient and wants to tell you how to comfort your child! It was my son's first haircut and I had to hold him towards the end and couldn't see what she was doing. She cuts him with the clippers and did not stop even though he started crying. My mom hears him crying and walks over while she's telling me to hold him tighter and I said no, give him a break and that's when my mom saw the cut!!!! How ridiculous can you be to do that and not STOP! She also didn't seem to care because all she asked was do you want gel in his hair?!!!! I'm sorry what 😡😡😡 She shouldn't be working with children especially holding sharp tools around them! ~Harishanie

Horrible customer service! Diana who’s in the front needs customer service training. She was really friendly when she wanted me to spend more money on a package. Which I did purchase. After getting home I noticed my wax service wasn’t great. I called for a refund Stephanie the manager never processed. I called for a status. Instead of advising Diana wanted to argue.
