At one time, this place was good. The haircuts my son has gotten the past two times there were horrible. The stylist (??) does not value your opinion, and does not cut/style the hair you want done after showing them pictures. We've been going there for more than two years, but the quality, the attention to detail, the attitude, and overall lack of importance to the client's needs (and time) was enough to take my son somewhere else. You would think after that amount of time going there that there would've been some sort of understanding and being more attentive to your customers needs, but no. I gave them one last chance after waiting more than 40mins, while the stylist gave a "thorough" haircut to an adult, knowing we were waiting without so much of an apology from them. Turns out I should've not gone back after that, because the final haircut there was horrible.

Brilliant place. The stylists are super nice and know how to keep the kids occupied to get the job done. Highly recommend taking your kids for their cuts.

Do NOT bring your child here!! My son’s hair is cut in 10 different layers. I had to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time and the person cutting his hair, Dorka was rude and impatient with him. He’s 3 years old and timid. She was visibly frustrated and annoyed and even told me I can’t let him do what he wants to do. I will not be returning here and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I am so upset… I kept telling the lady (will not mention name) she was cutting the hair unevenly and she was so annoyed. She kept huffing and telling me I was wrong. She was irritated I asked her to fix it. When she finished and I had to pay I heard her mumbling things about me under her breath. To make matters worse she was behind me, watching me as I was trying to pay and leave my rating. I’ve been coming for over a year and she typically is a little rude but I would ignore her. This time around instead of just having a bad attitude she also messed up my boy’s hair and took no accountability for it. Definitely NEVER coming back to her again.

Donka was very nice to my son and very helpful for his first cut it’s amazing place for children and I highly recommend this location, they have tv and ask the children what they want to watch also have video games for the older kids we got the first cut package he got a picture and also a ballon with his hair in a little bag they have a lot of different cars for the kids ! I will be back for sure ! Donka thanks you so much for me so nice to me and my child !

First time at this location, and we went with Gisela due to reviews we read, however she wasn’t too personable with my son and on top of that his haircut has some noticeable errors that we didn’t see until we got home and bathed him. The line on the back of his neck is totally uneven and his hair on top isn’t all even either! I won’t be going back to this location and drive farther to the Coral Springs location! Service: Haircut

I love taking my son to get his haircut there. Everyone does a great job, but Gisela is amazing. My son gets mad if he has to get a haircut with anyone that isn’t her. They are all patient and treat kids like royalty.

My son got his haircut with Carla today, she’s amazing! She’s so sweet and knows how to cut boy hair extremely well. She took her time and made him feel comfortable. He got a balloon and a lollipop when finished! Happy kid=happy mom! Service: Haircut

DON'T TAKE YOUR CHILD TO DORKA! SHE'S TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! She's impatient and wants to tell you how to comfort your child! It was my son's first haircut and I had to hold him towards the end and couldn't see what she was doing. She cuts him with the clippers and did not stop even though he started crying. My mom hears him crying and walks over while she's telling me to hold him tighter and I said no, give him a break and that's when my mom saw the cut!!!! How ridiculous can you be to do that and not STOP! She also didn't seem to care because all she asked was do you want gel in his hair?!!!! I'm sorry what 😡😡😡 She shouldn't be working with children especially holding sharp tools around them!
