Clean and well stocked. The only bad part is that the deli takes their sweet time. The rest of the staff is very attentive.

l went to Publix on father's day to pick up some challah (egg bread) and I asked for one WITH OUT raisins the young lady went and ask the senior baker and she said to me that some just came out of the oven but they need time to cool we came back to pick up the bread about ten minutes later and it was egg bread with raisins after I was told it had no raisins then the senior baker tried to blame the young lady that I asked initially. I didn't like that but I said nothing anyway Publix please make some egg bread WITH OUT RAISINS!!!

Deli everytime raund 12:30 PM .. when I go to buy a sandwich is 1 person atende the customer and 5 employees walking around. I already told the managers nothing happened. Bad bad bad

Ordered cake on April 1st 10 am for May first IN PERSON. (A month before) Called while I was on the way to make sure that it was ready. The person I spoke to had no record of my order. The manager told me they didn't have anything and instead of trying to help or making a "replacement" she was basically like "oh well". After letting her know that I could've gone elsewhere and it's not my mistake that they misplaced my order that I did in person she said the earliest she can have it dome is at 5pm. (After our party). As well as keeping me on hold for a very long to the point no one came back amd i had to hangup. Very unprofessional and horrendous response to a mistake they did. I would've been fine if it was done a few hours later, mistakes happen.. but I had to ask for her to redo it because it wasn't something she wanted to deal with as if it was my fault. After all this the cake was the refrigerator the whole time. Terrible customer service. (Bakery).

Why do they ask me after I ran out of time for shopping if I found everything ok? Not many choices for supermarkets. Expensive in comparison.

Very friendly staff. Jennifer the pharmacist is awesome; super friendly knowledgeable and professional, she is the reason for the 5 stars. Only issue I have is they are always out of the the fried chicken.
