I've attempted to use the drive thru service here a few times. Most of the time they do not respond (even during their operating times) or respond after more than 15 mins of waiting and then never come back to you. Even if the waiting lines are long inside, the least you can do and let the patients know that there is a waiting time. Then check with them to let them know you haven't forgotten. What is the purpose of drive thru if you are not going to answer?

I really hope they can do better than this.. Every time I go in the medication isn’t available and it seems to take at least 2 days to order my medication. That I can live with.. Recently I went in on a Thursday to request a medication. The technician said it was not in stock but would be ready on Tuesday and that I should call to make sure it came in (not them calling me to tell me when it’s ready?..) she said it was to ensure I didn’t waste a trip. I couldn’t make it in until Thursday due to work.. So I called on Thursday and they said it was still on hold (never filled) but that they could fill it if I wanted..?... I’ve worked in retail pharmacy and I know retail is tough but I can’t relate to this level of unreliability. This store is where I do all my shopping for our family and we coordinate it around prescription pick ups. Something needs to change or we’re taking our business elsewhere.
