I had a great experience buying form car masters, no gimmicks at all. The jeep I purchased was clean all fluids and maintenance was up to date. If you see something you like go in there check it out for yourself.

I would leave 0 stars if possible. I messaged Shafi ahead of time and told him I would be away until the day after Labor Day and asked if he would hold a car for a legitimate offer. After returning I called and told him I would be there in 30 mins to purchase the car. He said he sold it the day before for a higher price. Not only did he not only hold to an agreement he did it for greed only. I needed a car that day and was coming to give him a check. Crappiest business ethic I have ever heard of. Based solely on green and not building trust or a relationship. Never go there if you can help it.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHICAGO CARMASTER!!!! Mr. Shafi was such an amazing person to work with. I did not feel any pressure to purchase the car and he was extremely honest about everything he knew about the vehicle. He was kind enough to show me the car right when he had purchased it. Everything he said he was going to do to he did! I sat with him for more than 3 hours and not once did he make me feel like I was wasting his time like other typical salesmen do. Shafi is the most kind and honest person I have met and I would not hesitate to trust him blindly on my next purchase! Phenomenal buying experience and customer service. I bought a 2009 Subaru Forester from Sam, and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Not only did he give me a great deal, but he went over and above to make himself available to me coming from out out of town in order to make the sale. He was *honest* about the condition of the car and previous owner, and went out of his way to make sure everything was done right. I could not recommend Sam enough.

I purchased my 2015 Toyotta Sienna a little over a year ago and I currently have 25 k miles on it. This car has been amazing. Rides smooth, no issues till now . I love this car!!! This is my second Toyota. Sam is very helpful and supportive. I recommend this place if you have plans to buy low miles used cars.

Unlike other dealers Shafi is a great person. I bought 2 cars from him. Toyota Corolla in 2012 and recently a Toyota Camry. Just a couple weeks after my purchase I found a similar car (some other person) with nearly $2000 more. I am 200% satisfied and would buy my next car from him for sure. I bet you won't find a better car and deal at any other place. I also had some body work done on another car. Shafi did a great job at very lower price. Would definitely recommend and you will never be disappointed at his services.

Had a great experience here! Shafi was very helpful and got me the best possible price for a 2016 Honda Civic. There was no pressure or car salesman trying to get money off of you. Very trustworthy and professional. I am very pleased with my experience here and doubt I would have gotten this deal/treatment anywhere else!

I purchased 2013 Toyota Camry LE. The price was less than any other dealer. I really liked how I was able to look around and test drive the car without having someone watching me. The Owner Shafi did all of the paperwork professionally. Great prices, great service and friendly. He has an amazing selection of cars and each one is in excellent condition.
