I traded in 3 cars and they gave good reasonable prices for what any dealership would have given me. I bought a Pontiac vibe 2007 with 71699 miles on it now 72400 and it's been a good car. The passenger seat was missing some equipment. They promised to make it right even after we've signed papers for everything. They kept their word and got fixed. Amazing car lot here. They are very resourceful and very fair in their business. I highly recommend these guys. They will take care of you till the end. I will return.

I had a great experience with purchasing my car online. I was able to come to a deal and drove 4 hours to pick up. The car was in as good a shape as shown through all the pictures online. They knew the car well and it was extremely clean. I appreciate how easy they made the process!

My son bought a car from this dealership in Byron, IL. We wanted to buy local and support the local economy. The car was cheap ($600) and within a couple of days the check engine light came on. After taking it to a mechanic I learned that it’s the timing belt which cost more to repair then it cost to purchase the vehicle. I know why it was such a good deal. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. After my review they commented on how I only spent $600 5 months ago. My 17 year old son spent his own hard earned money on this to be scammed by these people is ridiculous. You should do better and be better people. The timing belt was bad before we bought it.

Sold my aunt who was in desperate need of a vehicle a 1994 Pontiac Grandam we thought we found a great deal turns out after several months they sold us the biggest lemon. We have had problem after problem after problem with it to include the over heating problem that they "fixed" before selling it. Not to mention after months we still have yet to receive the title. I would honestly go to a junk yard before buying another vehicle from them.

I bought a 2015 Chevy Suburban LTZ from John and the guys there at the end of june last year, and i have been super impressed with their professionalism and service! They made the buying experience so easy and were so easy to work with since i dont live in byron and worked most things out with me online. I couldnt have been happier with the buying experience. I bought an extended warranty from them, and through NO FAULT of "Golden Auto", the extended warranty company has tried to avoid paying for a repair of two, which would usually be a very frustrating experience, considering they should be covered by the extended warranty, but that isnt Golden's fault. What puts Golden Auto over the top is that they stand behind their word, and when i called to tell them about the issue, they took care of it themselves and stood behind what they told me. They took care of a heated seat, and a pair of rear shocks, which should be covered by the warranty, but the warranty company wiggled out of. I cannot say enough kind words about them, and will absolutely be doing more business with them and cannot say enough kind words about Golden Auto. Nice to know they gave their extended warranty company a good tongue lashing too haha! Thank you guys!

Bill and John are easy to work with, they gave me what I thought was a fair deal so I appreciate avoiding the hassle of the haggle. I don't generally like buying cars and I'm always wary whenever I do business someplace new but I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from these guys (although hopefully I don't have to for a while).

Hugely disappointed with our last purchase from this dealership. I had good experiences in the past - but that was then. I traded in a dependable vehicle for something a little newer and got a lemon. After being told that the vehicle had been inspected by their service staff and everything was in good working order, I took it to a local mechanic that I have dealt with in the past and was informed that all the brakes needed to be repaired. Because I was told the vehicle was unsafe to drive in it's current condition I had it repaired at once. After informing this dealer of the situation, and asking for reimbursement I was turned down because they said the vehicle should have been serviced by them. Had they done their job in the first place this situation wouldn't have occurred. I don't plan to ever deal with them again and suggest others do the same. A dealer that won't stand behind what they sell it not a dealer i want to do business with.

I am very happy that I decided to buy from this local car dealer. I purchased a used car from them several months ago and am extremely satisfied. They were very fair on pricing, not aggressive, and genuinely interested in customer satisfaction. Pleasant to work with. I would definitely buy from them again. I have purchased in the past from dealers in the Chicagoland, Milwaukee, and Peoria areas and am very glad I decided to go local--a much better experience, both in the buying process and satisfaction with the vehicle!
