I saw they can make substitutions if they didn't have the flowers. So I ordered them over a week in advance, the minute the order went thru they called to say the pink flowers I ordered weren't all available, but they could mix in red, I said no, i didn't think it would look good. I asked if they could get more pink some where bc it's a week away, they said no, the owners were sick and wouldn't be placing an order soon. So I ended up with a dozen red roses. When my granddaughter received her flowers it looked like someone put it together wearing a blindfold or as so went local to help my community, next time I'll shop around to get what I want, not what they have, i emailed them and 2 weeks later I received an email from Don Ziegler to call him. Mr zeigler replaced her flowers with the original pink I wanted and they are lovely

A bit pricey but as is usually the case, you get what you pay for! I have used Zeigler's on several occasions recently and haven't been disappointed by the quality of their work and service yet.

WOW! I called 24 hrs ahead and ordered a centerpiece. My order was one long and short no candles. I said "I just want wow !" I walked in to pick it up and the young lady came out with a short, fat, two candle big ugly bow centerpiece !! She could tell by my face there was a problem. I wish I would have gotten her name : She was Awsome !! She took it right back , asked if I had time to wait, showed me where I could sit. Paid attention the whole time ! As soon as it was ready she came and told me. As I was getting ready to pay....she asked me to wait one more minute...she went and got her boss, told him what happened, he came right to the register and made things right !! Thank you !! She's a keeper !! My centerpiece is Wow !!

I needed a last minute funeral arrangement for my uncle. I live in NC and called Ziegler's the day before the funeral. The gentleman I spoke with was very professional, courteous and compassionate. I made it to NY in time for the funeral and I was very impressed with the beautiful arrangement for my uncle. I will continue to use Ziegler's for all my floral needs as I have family that live in the area. I cannot express how grateful I am to Ziegler's. Thank you so very much!

Very professional. Delivered on time to Barber Funeral Home for family funeral last week. Flowers so nice her daughter took them home so not to freeze at graveside. You will not be disappointed.

Was yelled at when I arrived to pick up flowers from out of state for my mother in law's funeral by one of the owners who told me he didn't want me in his store, even though I was masked. He then demanded to know what state I came from. As I began to explain that my county had low numbers as Chemung, he told me to pick something and get out. I will never use this business again. Even though the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was kind, zero stars. Pamela Smith, RN, wife of Mike Smith, who takes pride in his hometown and painted the mural. Wegmans is a nearby alternative.
