Rachel is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond. She helped me for almost a month trying to locate a package that was sent to the wrong address. If you need to ship or receive a package go to this store and see Rachel. Great customer service

We shipped 2 coolers of venison though this store. They Charged us $246 dollars. The tracking number provided to us never once worked, the package was never scanned for delivery. I called every day to find out what was happening and each time I was told everything was fine. 2 weeks later, the meat was destroyed and they will not give us a refund. I went to the hub here in Colorado where the shipment was going, everyone in the place assured me 2 things: we were way over charged, and that proper documentation of this package was never initiated, not even from before it left the Horseheads NY Store. All I want is a refund, but when I call the store for several weeks, they tell me "oh i have a customer I cant talk to you" But wait, I am your customer too right? I got a callback from Sarah who is the manager and the only person who can refund me. She was furious that someone called her to help me, she yelled at me on the phone that it was our fault and she will not even give us back what she overcharged us. These people are monsters, go support USPS where they will take care of your packages and always give a refund if they package doesn't make it. Protect yourself from franchise model businesses because every level of this kind of business arrangement is a grift. At each level this problem is just passed to another person and if you eventually talk to the store owner or manager they will scream at you.

When I came in there was a customer using the computers and another customer being waited on at the counter so I stood behind the customer at the counter. While the employee was waiting on the customer at the counter she began talking to the man at the printer. After she finished assisting the customer at the counter she asked the other customer if he was finished and how many copies he had...then began cashing him out. She never even acknowledged that I was standing there. Excellent customer service skills.

Took package down to be sent off. They told me it would take 4 days to be delivered. After week it's still not been delivered. When I called ask about it nobody ever called me back like they tell me they were going to. Very disappointed in this. If they would have told me it would take in more than 4 days I would have gone to the Post Office and paid extra there to have a delivered I can needed it delivered.

I regularly have to go to this location. The people there are always very courteous, kind and professional. I have never had a bad experience there. I am disabled but, when I go there I can always count on being treated with respect and dignity. They really are good people.

On two different occasions, I dropped off a return UPS package with a pre-printed label at this location. BOTH TIMES, the person who runs the store was exceedingly rude. Why would I want to shop there? I don't even want to drop off packages there. FYI - I am the same race and close in age to the gentleman who runs the place. Hope this is helpful! I'd love to know if others have had this experience.

When I called the store, they acted like I should know that the packages were picked up between 4:30 and 5pm everyday and had no care in the world about my package or that the website was wrong. I called UPS and sat on hold several times, totally a 40min phone call to be told they didn't know what I wanted them to do that the stores were not owned by UPS. I asked them as well to get the website updated, but nobody seem to have a clue how that works. So I will get my spoiled package tomorrow and not so much as an apology from UPS.
