Staff were kind of dismissive of some of the customers who had been waiting for an hour or so. I had a really simple transaction and time to wait. But the staff definitely didn't treat the folks ahead of me who were waiting and didn't realize how long it would take with and modicum of appreciation. The music is also very loud on the speakers. ~Nicholas

My young dog has some anxiety with new people but the grooming staff at Petsmart in Horseheads has been great with her! They always give me feedback about how she did, and they keep good records so that they can help her safely in the future. They are committed to making her comfortable while she’s with them. Would give zero if I could. Firstly, I had an appt with a specific stylist and when I showed up she had someone else in her chair and told me she couldn’t take me. So I ended up agreeing seeing someone else. I told her collarbone length, and showed her exactly how much to cut. Ended up leaving with hair cut to my chin and absolutely butchered. Also was charged for a FULL service ($30) when I only got a cut, no wash, style, nothing else (i requested it that way). Will absolutely never go in there again. Had a panic attack in my car in the parking lot after leaving the store. Service: Haircut ~Courtney

Very slow in the drive thru, especially if it’s busy. If you come, you’re going to wait up to a 1/2 hour. I waited to post to see if it was the pattern, sure enough it was. This is often why I don’t stop. Drinks are always good, excellent workers. Prices are average. I recommend going inside to order. Very nice in there. ~Holly

Where do I begin. Half of them don't care about their job. I've had to return to the bank because they failed to sign cashiers checks correctly and gave me attitude due to their failure to do their job correctly. I've filed a formal complaint against the branch location and will be following up with their market manager to close my account. ~Joshua

Do not go with this bank!!! They are untrustworthy!! They are judgemental towards the disabled and the elderly!! Wouldn't even let me explain about certain details nor would they return my phone calls!! ~josie
