Best hair salon in Horseheads, New York (NY) 2024

Would give zero if I could. Firstly, I had an appt with a specific stylist and when I showed up she had someone else in her chair and told me she couldn’t take me. So I ended up agreeing seeing someone else. I told her collarbone length, and showed her exactly how much to cut. Ended up leaving with hair cut to my chin and absolutely butchered. Also was charged for a FULL service ($30) when I only got a cut, no wash, style, nothing else (i requested it that way). Will absolutely never go in there again. Had a panic attack in my car in the parking lot after leaving the store. Service: Haircut ~Courtney
