The people at this location are great but the bank is horrible my account has been flagged many times over the years for no reason causing my account to get froze and unable to use it and they don’t have 24 hour support so if it happens out of hours you have no access to your money horrible system

Where do I begin. Half of them don't care about their job. I've had to return to the bank because they failed to sign cashiers checks correctly and gave me attitude due to their failure to do their job correctly. I've filed a formal complaint against the branch location and will be following up with their market manager to close my account.

The only reason I gave one star was so I could write this review. Otherwise my rating would be zero. The manager is so rude and condescending, that I took my business business elsewhere.
