Staff were kind of dismissive of some of the customers who had been waiting for an hour or so. I had a really simple transaction and time to wait. But the staff definitely didn't treat the folks ahead of me who were waiting and didn't realize how long it would take with and modicum of appreciation. The music is also very loud on the speakers.

3 workers walking in and out looking at the line of 15 people while 2 workers actually help people, but they got to try and upsell everyone takes over 10 minutes per person... Worst customer service experience in years...

Had to wait 45 minutes for a simple router exchange, and when I got home, I found that my phone, cable TV and internet/WiFi had all been shut off. It took 4 full days to get everything restored! Incompetence is too kind a word for this place.

Don't go there. The store was busy and one of staff closed her station early Other staff acted like they were being inconvenienced by having to deal with customers. If looking for phone provider go next door to at&t instead. Great customer service

Drive all the way up there to find out theirs system is down and there's nothing they can do for you. I understand systems go down but really all they could say or do is you can try back next week?! I've had my phone tv and internet with these guys for a long time now

Make a reservation on their website before you go! The line is long and not many people were working. The lady who helped me was very kind and friendly.

Very busy and not enough workers to receive the customer crowd. I had to return on different day due to the length of wait time to be helped. The representative was knowledgeable and informative, great...the representative supply to customer demand needs to improve.

I don’t recommend spectrum mobile especially when your trying to deactivate the phone. Was told on 7/2 the phone was deactivated and I’ve been calling since before June 20th. I just called today July 19th after paying my final balance because I switched out and it was still active. I’m very annoyed because I called more than 9 times to get this situation resolved. Very highly annoyed and will never be getting spectrum mobile back ever again.

I travel for work and rent from a place that accommodates this, my entire experience with spectrum this time around had been awful no one can figure out the issues with my service including local technician I have had to return equipment only to be issued equipment that was lacking hardware components they advised me to download the app only to find out my information is merged with another tenant and can't be edited by myself or them complete nightmare for something that is supposed to be included in my rental

Went in last weekend to cancel our cable services and switch our mobile network to Spectrum mobile. The associate was very nice, helpful, courteous and made it a very nice visit. The place is extremely clean and right in the heart of the shopping plaza.
