My wife just got through from buying two hammocks for the ferrets and they were perfect and they got here with no problem from UPS now that they got Amazon bringing our packages now we can go back to ordering from Pepco the only reason why we stopped ordering from Petco was because of the UPS service package is getting lost and then Petco takes a loss because they refund your money because somebody stole something my bad that was chewy but anyway it's still UPS now that they got Amazon on our route we get our packages the stuff for the ferris was nice they got the banana hammock and the monkey hammock and they love it and it was good quality

My young dog has some anxiety with new people but the grooming staff at Petsmart in Horseheads has been great with her! They always give me feedback about how she did, and they keep good records so that they can help her safely in the future. They are committed to making her comfortable while she’s with them. I’m so grateful for their reasonable pricing too!

Lots of parking(it is the anchor of a strip mall) handicap accessible, grooming services, and adoptable cats. Nice and clean, though a bit on the expensive side . . .

bought several fish, 3 were dead by the time I got home, 2 more dead within 12 hours. so far other's are fine. I live an hour away so it's not as if I can just take them back

I was in the pet smart in Horsehead ny store on 4/30/2022 looking at beta fish. I was very upset on what I seen . I said something to the cashier about how the the fish were living nasty green water and she said that they were changed yesterday. These poor fish its crazy 😳 🤐🤐🤔🤔🤢🤢

My first time taking my puppy in for grooming. I've never really left him and was a bit hesitant. But he was very well taken care of and came out smelling like tangerine! I was so happy I made sure I paid for 2 more appointments in advance.

Great customer service, they helped us get stuff for our new puppy and helped us save some money on the stuff she needed. Honestly they are fantastic here, definitely gonna be back to this store again in the future. Thank you so much for all the help and the service that you offer to new puppy parents, great selection of toys collars and leashes for all sizes.

Store was extremely clean right as soon as the door to the store was unlocked. Which tells me the night crew made sure the store was ready for the next day. Even as a customer you can feel the team spirit. We got my dogs some fourth of july toys cause they deserve them and I also used my rewards points so two bags of july toys cost 7.34. Employees bright eyed and welcoming too.
