DSW sends out coupons. I spent an hour in the store trying to find a pair of shoes so I could use coupon before the expiration date. Finally found a pair only to be told that the coupon doesn’t work on some brands, mine being one. Tiny, unreadable print on the back says this is a possibility. Beware!

Overpriced and limited size selection. If you wear size 9-11 go ahead and shop here. Any other size ho somewhere else.

Not very happy! Ordered a pair of boots and pair of sneakers before november 20th 2021. Said they were being sent out November 23rd by delievery. 6 days later got notification the pair of sneaks were not available. The pair of boots ended up being delievered to Chicago IL when I live in Syracuse NY!!! Afterpay is still taking money from me for merchandise I have not even recieved! Very 😡

Found the perfect prom shoes to go with my daughter's dress and she was so happy! We also bought some slides that were on sale for my son that were Adidas and he loves them! The staff was super helpful and friendly and we will definitely go back.

Decent selection of men’s and women’s shoes. Been shopping here for years. Recently received a coupon in mail and was going to use but lost it. Fortunately, NahShon was beyond helpful and was able to credit the coupon. This kind of customer service is what brings us back.

The staff members are helpful and exceed expectations when it comes to service. The pricing is a bit higher for most items, but depending on what you're looking for you end up finding great deals. Right now they are having a clearance event, so I'll grab all of the 50% and 60% off items and today there was an additional 20% off. Surprisingly the socks, stockings, leggings, purses and mask are dirt cheap ($1-2 for 6 packs of name brand socks). The selection of shoes on the clearance rack is large, but the discount will either be 20% or 30%...not the best yet. Overall, if you lookout for the additional discounts you save alot.
