Best fashion accessories store in Syracuse, New York (NY) 2024

Store was good. One gentleman was more than accommodating since they were minuets from closing.. but a short haired female staff was pretty rude, and made it known she wanted us to leave. Would of been a worse review if not for the guy with the long blond hair! We still made a purchase! ~Laurie

I went in to buy shoes for my daughter the other day, the staff was super rude. I was greeted but had to ask for assistance multiple times and got sighs and eye rolls when i asked. the staff seemed super unenthused and not helpful at all. I attempted to speak to the store manager Emily and she didn’t even offer an apology. I won’t be going back to this store again. The management is the worst i’ve ever experienced. ~Hannah

DSW sends out coupons. I spent an hour in the store trying to find a pair of shoes so I could use coupon before the expiration date. Finally found a pair only to be told that the coupon doesn’t work on some brands, mine being one. Tiny, unreadable print on the back says this is a possibility. Beware! ~Anne
