Needs more shirts of lesser known bands and preferred if can offer official band merch. Some of the designs on my shirts from there are noticeably cheap

Store was good. One gentleman was more than accommodating since they were minuets from closing.. but a short haired female staff was pretty rude, and made it known she wanted us to leave. Would of been a worse review if not for the guy with the long blond hair! We still made a purchase!

Seemed like there was a new girl there in training. She was so pleasant and nice! Told us about the sales that was going on, talked about hotcash, and also showed me where some wallets were. Wish they had a bigger selection, but nonetheless good experience. They got a keeper!

I got a new gothic skirt with chains from here, which I love now, and I also got a few other things as well, smaller than most gothic stores I know but definitely a store for otakus, skirt lovers, and gothic fashion lovers, which I am all three types

The staff is always very friendly! Everytime I walk in I feel welcome. It's one of the very few stores in the mall I feel comfortable in. They always have the best jewelry, for an affordable price. I've bought products online and gotten them shipped to the store before, and I've never had a problem! My only complaint is that thestore gets very hot easily since it's so small, and there isn't a lot of merchandise to chose from. But I understand that hot topic stores all around the country are small, because that's just how it is. Overall amazing store, really kind and sweet staff, and amazing merchandise whether bought online, or in store.
