The kid who took my order was on the phone with a friend on his ear bud. The manager could not verify my rewards because they had no access to the app. Wow what a hot mess. We come here every Thursday as a family of 4, meaning over $40 per week, and now we will never return.

What a joke. Ordered a salad they forgot the dressing and I had to originally go back threw the line for utensils. Just close the doors up. They also didn't give me the cookies but at least that I didn't get charged for

Always well organized to get us through the line quickly. For such a popular restaurant the staff maintained their ability to handle such large amounts of people. Customers are respectful of distancing while eating indoors during breakfast. Secondly, the staff was super nice. And a side note, I think they should be allowed to get tips. I wanted to tip the nice lady at the counter but she said they don't accept tips. Their chicken sandwiches are really good as most people already know this. High demand place, but they service you quickly with efficiency despite the very busy patronize. The food is always good and the restaurant is always clean. The employees work hard keeping everything 5 stars. Anyway, great experience.

Take forever to take your order then get it wrong when you order even when it's a simple order. Terrible service they just don't care about anything

double check your food every time if you go to this Wendy's. not only are the fries usually cold and stale but today they didn't give us half our food. and the guy usually at the window acts so bothered when you ask ahead of time to please make the fries fresh and they are still cold. DO BETTER WENDY'S

Horrible service. I had an old friend come over, and i was excited to order since she used to love Wendy’s. It said delivery would take 22 min- took 1 hr and 45 mins to deliver 4 items??! Would think twice when ordering again, food came cold and tasteless. Not happy with service/ quality of food, this store got me very very disappointed. I was so embarrassed having my friend waiting 2 hours just for a sandwich and some fries??! Not worth a penny spent. Looking for my refundddd!

I go to wendys often at various locations to start so i know my prices. Last 3 visits here i know they overcharged me and on top of that my food was close to burnt. Tonight i ordered a baconator combo and they gave me a son of baconator to rob me of a few bucks im done. Go there at your own risk and knowing you're tipping every visit

Food absolutely disgusting. Chili was good couldn’t get one though. burgers cold salads not even remotely appetizing everything taste like cat food. FDA needs to come and check them out
