Just got denied service because my current ID is from NJ and I don't remember my old address, I moved a year ago and really don't remembered my address because I haven't been living there for almost 2 years. They didn't scan it to make sure it was legal. It just ridiculous, at least if you think my ID is fake make sure to scan it. Reply to Owner, your staff wasn't friendly at all. If they really cared they would have been more polite and explain this and ask for my birthday, which gladly I would had gave to them but they didn't ask. They didn't really worked on finding a way to be careful but at the time been able to help me. It was easier to deny the sale and throw my ID just because he felt empowered to just say no I won't sell you alcohol. They have to work more on their customer service, because my friend went inside to finish the purchase with an ID from Florida and the same cashier who told me he was the manager said: "Maybe he has to go back to New Jersey". They even told me they would call the police on me and I said go ahead because I was I didn't have anything to be acared of, then when I told them I was waiting for them to call the police they didn't. You should be more careful on who do you hire, because they might have the knowledge in what they sell but they don't have the customer service required to work with people. There might be more people who got treated same or worst and maybe they want to lose their time writing a review.

The wine selection is top notch and most of the wines I can’t find anywhere else. But the best part is their staff who is so helpful, knows my taste in wine, and finds the best new ones to try at a great price point! It’s a gem!

Let's start by saying my introduction to Ft Lauderdale is impressive and one of the first stops were for food and drinks.....after eat wonderful cuban food near by, my colleague and I stopped here for drinks. Walking into the store Joaquin greeted us with warming hospitality. Very knowledgeable about the drinks here and had an answer for any and every question....

I called ahead to make sure they had Don Julio in stock and the young lady picking up the phone (Christine or Christy, I'm bad at remembering names) was very helpful. When I went to the store, they were all very nice and courteous and their stock seems to be of high quality. It is a bit of a drive for me but I will happily give them my business in the future.

The best wine and spirits store hands down. Knowledgeable staff willing to help make suggestions, never upselling and happy to suggest within any budget. Huge wine selection with new wines and tastings all of the time. Amazing Bourbon selection, always has new barrel picks on hand and samples to try. Highly recommended!

The gentleman (Primo maybe?!) helped me find a great bottle of wine for our simple meal...at the rack he quoted it at $19 and when he rang it up and saw it was actually a $27 bottle, he gave me the lower price. That’s just so classy and totally the right way to do customer service. Easy 5 stars to give.

This is one of the best liquors store in SFL. Nick and his knowledgeable staff are always giving their recommendations based on what I'm asking and what I liked. Equipt with that information, they will provide you with choices in regards with what you like. Sometimes their recommendation is cheaper and a lot better than what you asked for.
