I once had this place rated at 5 stars. I'm changing my review because it's gone downhill dramatically. I've been coming here for over a year and a half. I'm here typically after midnight. The night shift is absolutely awful. There's never anyone at the front desk. The paper towel holders are empty. Spray bottles empty. Bathrooms a mess. Trash on the floor. There was only one good employee here. Jason and I haven't seen him in a few weeks. It seems like he was the only one that put in work here. Not only has the overall cleanliness lapsed but the general maintenance has gone downhill too. There's also this weird thing where the water shuts off for hours at a time and the staff does nothing to compensate for this. I think this will be my last month at this gym.

Just told my husband we need a new gym. The paper towel holders are empty, the spray bottles are empty, and the guy at the front desk is either on his phone or not at the front desk at all. This is how this gum has been early in the morning for at least a month. I come in at 4am-ish. I can't even clean a machine without walking halfway across the gym.

We are a military family. We have a membership for our 17 year old daughter. Black card membership, the young lady Gabby was very rude to my daughter. I was listening to her on my daughter phone. I decided to call the desk while my daughter was standing there, she changed her tone fast. Although PF was having some kind of glitch in their computer. Ms. Gabby, thought it was okay to talk to my child in a very rude manner. That employee would benefit from customer service training. or something that involves not talking to customers.

Great staff most of the time they greet you. Although some of the people that go workout spent too much time on there phones texting or on social media while some of us are waiting to use the equipment. I saw some young people had 4 sets of dumbbells next to them not even using them they should at least grab one set and use it not just hoarder them.

The only reason I still go to this planet fitness is because of Jason who works overnight! He definitely takes pride in his job and has an incredible work ethic. Stuff is always clean and stocked up when he works. I have no clue how he isn’t a manager at this location yet but that’s definitely a poor decision on managements part. He is such an asset and hard worker. I can tell the days he’s not working because the paper towel dispensers and sanitizing bottles are empty and the women’s restroom is not cleaned. Jason makes it a point to welcome me in and I feel much safer when he’s working.

It being a 24/7 facility is a very big deal for me. I also enjoy the reasonable membership price while still having enough equipment that I can do what I need to do it without having to spend a lot of time waiting for an open machine. I am always impressed too with the overall cleanliness, and good repair of the locker room and equipment.

If you want a quick workout that doesn't require a lot of equipment, this is the place for you. The front desk is hit or miss, not super friendly, but I'm not too bothered by that. My only complaint is that people sweat all over the machines & leave them filthy, which isn't the gyms fault but definitely can deter a workout.

In the 3 weeks I've been going I've noticed an improvement in everything. From the friendliness at the front desk, thr cleanliness of the machines and gym in general, to even myself and the inches I'm losing. I've been to a few different gyms and find myself always coming back to PF. I come to the one in UC or I go to the one off Bandera and huebner when I go before work. I usually go either early morning or night time between 8 and 10 and I feel the night staff is very welcoming and helpful. My barcode never wants to scan and they always help me without giving that sigh signaling their annoyance. I never feel judged for my size or the way i look and don't see it happening to anyone else either. I'm starting to recognize the same ppl in the evenings when I go and it's nice to kinda say hey I can see the progress keep it up. The other gyms I've never had good experiences there and could never workout in peace. I would recommend this gym to others, in fact I have.

Great gym, plenty of machines, free weights and cardio equipment. I love the Total Body Enhancement! Haven't tried the tanning beds yet but I love the environment. Staff is friendly and with a PF Card you unlock so so many more perks. Love this gym!

I have visited several of their stories. All of them are the same and best price. Anyone can afford $10 a month for good health. My insurance pays for mine through Silver Snickers. I can tell a difference in my waist and belly after walking normal pace 15 minutes after only a couple weeks 3 or 4 times a week. Great variety of machines.
