Came for an alignment and 2 tire balance. I am a mechanic, but do not have an expensive alignment rack. They were trying to tell me I needed new tires after looking at them from 100yards away (in the parking lot). I did not need tired. They will try to get you to upgrade/buy all kinds of stuff you don't need. I came to pick up the vehicle and they said they could not find the wheel lock key. , so they never balanced the tires. The key was in the glove box where everyone keeps it. They charged $144, which is steep for an alignment. They never gave me the alignment sheet, to see where the alignment was and what they corrected it to. They could not provide this even upon request. ***HUGE RED FLAG*** I am not sure/don't have any proof that they actually did anything. I will be avoiding this place at all costs.

Be very careful when you take ur car here. I went to get my car battery check , even though results came fine they suggested battery is no good, trusted them and went ahead with installing new battery that we agreed on, upon checking they installed a lower version battery and charged me more for the battery that i had requested .They did not listen to my concerns and kept suggesting pepboys system suggested lower version battery which i had never agreed on. They had also confirmed that they can reprogram my car but after installing battery initially all warnings came up and I was told to come back tomorrow when master technician is around to fix it. Luckily for now there are no exception codes. I went to dealer to confirm if the battery they installed will work or not which they rejected as it could cause problem to car ecm module, went back to the store to get it replaced with the one that is required on my car. Questions to PepBoys management: Was my battery really an issue or there might be some other issue on the car. Why does this store charge different and not as per pepboys defined price? How many such customers have you duped? Why do you play around with safety of customers. Giving me 20$ off coupon for oil change to avoid reporting this fiasco is the worst thing.

Do not take your vehicle there to get a tire fix. I got my tire fixed free but had to pay for it in the end. While taking the tire off the rim, they damaged my low tire sensor and then told me that the tire needed to he replaced. I immediately felt that I was being conned into buying a new tire. I had them to fix the tire and left. I went to the dealership the next day to have them look at it. They told me the tire was good. Nothing wrong with it. I ended up paying $288 for a new sensor that Pep Boys broke. Never again Pep Boys. This location is not recommended. They will cheat you.

First time here and it was a horrible experience. I agree the manager has no problem wasting your time. I had tires put on my Lexus as well as an oil change and an alignment. The alignment was not done correctly so I had to come back and have them fix it. I had to get my husband on the phone to explain to the master tech what to check for regarding the alignment. This is absolutely ridiculous. Never coming back to this place.

Tire pressure low on one tire. They checked it and couldn't find a nail. Filled with air and did not charge me.

I blew out my tire, luckily I had a spare and they changed it free of charge. Friendly staff and good people.

Our car battery died while we were out of town with some friends. Korosh answered the phone, ensured they had our battery type, and got us in right away. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes! He had our safety in mind and was a true life saver…highly recommend this Pep Boys location!
