They way my wife and I were treated at Best Buy in McKinney just now is inexcusable. I spend thousands of dollars there every year but I will not spend one more dime at Best Buy. We were simply trying to use our Apple Care that we purchased with our phones. The Geek squad rep talked over us and was telling us what he says is covered goes above and beyond what Apple sent us to that store for not to mention what the contract says in black and white. ~Scott

Waited behind the same car in commercial drive thru for 22 minutes and no movement while the regular drive thru serviced 5+ vehicles. Was told by agent “some transactions just take longer “ when I finally moved to regular drive thru. 22 minute drive thru transaction?!? should have asked them to come inside if was going to take that long. Ridiculous and no customer service. ~Will

Very rude ugly low black boy at the store. He try to rip us our money thinking we won’t notice. And when we find out he was yelling & shouting like a rabies’s dog. He make it clear he don’t care about customers or about 7-Eleven itself. That was 7-eleven at lake forest here in McKinney. ~nissan

I purchased/ordered a brand new vehicle from these guys. John Bernius is excellent. We had a previous salesman, and luckily we got switched to John. He was on the ball, making sure everything was perfect, and following through on all that was needed and promised. He is a Triple A rated guy, and I highly reccomemd him. Carl Lucas in Inventory Control also needs recognition, for his patience and diligence as I proceeded from ordering my vehicle, to calling to change things, to tracking my order and keeping me updated. He was amazing and I really appreciate his time and dedication. ~Empty

This was my first service at El Dorado Mazda. They far exceeded my expectations. First, before I scheduled the service, I sent an email with a question using the Contact Us form on the website. They called me back within 30 minutes and I had good conversation with a service advisor. Later I was able to schedule service same day at a convenient time and I was greeted promptly when I arrived. The advisor sent me a text so I could contact him if I needed anything. The waiting area was comfortable even though it’s a temporary site while the main facility is under renovation. They had bottled water, snacks and coffee, all free. I received a video report and a report card pdf. The service was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The whole experience was flawless. They definitely earned my continued business. ~J

This branch has cashed 2 business checks for me before just asking for my id and I go to cash another one give them my id and paper from IRS showing that I’m the owner of my company and they say they can’t cash it because it’s under my business name. Bunch of liars putting excuses. Older lady still says I got lucky the first 2 times. ~Cristian
