I have been trying to get in touch with a qualified agent that can assist me in opening a revocable trust checking account. I need to know the exact documents required to do so. Your recording says Chase is too busy and to call an 800 number where there is too long a wait for someone that may or may not come to the phone. I am a customer.

This is their branch bank where they train their employees so if you want to get to know your banker-forget it here! Watch your account very closely! And trying to call this branch is quite a challenge

Haven't physically been to this branch, and I'm already not a fan. Given the restrictions around branch capacity due to COVID-19, the Chase app prompted me to schedule an appointment with a banker from this branch. I received a confirmation, which noted that my assigned banker would call me at my cell at the appointment date / time. I waited for the banker to give me a call, but did not receive any contact. About 15 minutes after the appointment start time, I called the branch to see if he was held up with another customer; I was more than happy to wait for him. No one picked up the phone, and I received an automated message. I waited and tried calling the branch again, but nothing. I did not receive a call from the branch or the banker by the end of the business day. I understand the reason that the branch is not physically available to customers on a walk in-basis; however, it is not fair to the customer to not even receive an acknowledgment from the branch or banker for a virtual phone appointment through the Chase app. This is very disappointing.

The staff at this Chase branch is by far the best of the 8 we frequent. They are always understanding and accommodating. They know you by name and sight and always smile. Makes my day to go here, don't bother with other branches, I drive out of my way to use my favorite. Thank you!

Just left this bank, used their ATM machine. I selected to withdraw $460.00, I heard the money dispensing inside, however the tiny slot that the money flow through never opened. I went inside of the bank to speak with the manager "Sarah" about this. She was no help and seem to not care about their machine eating up my money. I explained to her that when I checked the account of the card I used it showed that $460.00 had came out of my account from Chase. The manager still didn't care and had no desire to help me. This is a form of scamming. This situation make me want to close my entire account with Chase. I am very disappointed in them.

I went in there to pay off on account that got sent to collections.I sat down next to a friendly couple and asked them how long they had been waiting. They said they had been waiting 30 minutes. There were two bankers sitting at their computers with no customers at their desks that didn't even bother to get up to greet the couple. I had to gonotify the bankers of the couple waiting and ask the two bankers what the problem was. Both bankers have an excuse to not get up and greet the couple or help them.then another customer walked in and sat down at one of the bankers desks without even signing in. The bankers at this Bank we're not very well trained and customer service or common decency. I would recommend any Chase Bank in the world over this one in particular

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please do not use this bank's ATM.. Matter of fact stay away from this Chase all together. I believe they have a money scheme going on here. I used my debit card tied into another bank, I tried to get money from their ATM, instead it kept my money and withdrew the money from my other account. I spoke with about 4 different people who worked for Chase and explained how their machinery kept hundreds of my dollars. Quite frankly no one cared and no one bothered to help me. I was told to file a dispute with my other bank...but how is it my other bank's fault when Chase actually took the money out of my account and kept it? To this day my money still has not been returned to my bank account. Chase kept it. Can you imagine how much money Chase makes alone by scamming people like this? Makes no sense to me and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it but count it as a loss. Stay away from Chase!!!!!!

I lost my debit card,received a atm card. I reordered a debit card only to find out it cancels the atm card. Now for a week every time I need money I have too drive to a chase branch and walk in. You think they wouldn't have this hassle since it's such a big company. By far the worst experience with a bank iv had. It may seem petty but it's messing up my life for a week because of a broken system. I wanted to rate 1 star but it's not this branch stores fault. Have a better day than I'm having ,it probably won't be too hard.
