I purchased/ordered a brand new vehicle from these guys. John Bernius is excellent. We had a previous salesman, and luckily we got switched to John. He was on the ball, making sure everything was perfect, and following through on all that was needed and promised. He is a Triple A rated guy, and I highly reccomemd him. Carl Lucas in Inventory Control also needs recognition, for his patience and diligence as I proceeded from ordering my vehicle, to calling to change things, to tracking my order and keeping me updated. He was amazing and I really appreciate his time and dedication.

Save yourself some time and money and do not take your car here. You will wait at least a week to get your car back. I came in without an appointment on a Monday and was told my car would be seen by the end of the week, but that didn't happen. When I questioned why it took so long, the manager, Pete, blamed me because I didn't have an appointment. I was fully aware I didn't have an appointment and was totally fine with getting my car back by Friday or Saturday, which is what I was told, but I didn't get it back until the following week. Based on other reviews, it looks like even people with appointments are waiting 7-14 days toget their cars back anyways, so it sounds like there's a major issue with the business itself. In addition, on the day I got my car back, they conveniently found an additional problem with my car for an insane amount of money. After having my car for a week, you'd think they'd be able to figure out all issues before they've already given me an estimate and already made false promises about when I'd get my car back. I asked the manager, Pete, to make it right, and the best he could do was offer me a car wash and oil change coupon that I never even got. They truly do not value their customers here. It's insane that they're even in business. People take their cars to dealerships because of the convenience factor and I've never been more inconvenienced in my entire life.

I took my truck in for the 82k mile maintenance package. It took 3 1/2 hours and cost just under $1000. I brought it in with one tire sensor not working and left with none of them working. You would think after spending that kind of time and money that your truck would at least end up better than when you brought in. I guess I was wrong. I definitely will not be using this place again. I called last week to make an appointment for my “service air bag” indicator. An appointment was made for Monday at 8:45 am which I thought was great as my husband would be working from home and I could use his vehicle for the day while my car was being serviced. I arrive for my appointment to be told that my vehicle would be diagnosed best case scenario on Wednesday, that there were 12 cars ahead of mine. I said, well, can you just let me know when you are getting closer to my name on your list and I bring it in then instead of it sitting here for days - I need to use my car? I mean, what is the point of having a Monday appointment when they can’t see my car until Wednesday? When I make a dinner reservation, hair, Drs or any kind of appointment, it is for that day and time, not 2-3 days later. I never had this issue here before and unfortunately it looks like this has become a common complaint. If you don’t have availability, don’t schedule the appointment - that’s the whole reason for having appointments. You just wasted my time and my husband’s, who followed me there to give me a ride home. This is not good business practice.

Warning, I recommend you go to a different Dealer, near by. I found them untrustworthy and they showed there incompetence on many issues. I took my vehicle to a different Dealership, where they took care of me. If you are feeling lucky that you might do better,, Don't, go to the casino. Your odds of leaving happy are better there. It's on you if you make that mistake.

Really not pleased with the service department at El Dorado Chevy. As another reviewer stated, to get any work done, it's days for them to look at the vehicle, weeks or months for parts. I can overlook that given the global situation. What I can't overlook is an unwillingness to stand behind their shoddy work. I'm on my third set of struts for a vehicle that never leaves pavement and has 50,000 miles. And they want me to pay $2400 for them. This service department lacks integrity and I regret having purchased my last two vehicles here. Service: Steering & suspension repair

$7k market adjustment on Tahoe and they have nerve to add dealer add ons on top of that. People will remember this rip off!! At least other dealerships have adjustments listed on their website. And local GMC dealers only have $5k adjustment.

**BEWARE** this was a horrible experience especially in the finance dept!! This was by far the worst experience of buying cars over the last 30 years!! Very rude finance person John Madrano. Everything we agreed upon with the sales person Ahmad El Zain (Adam) and mgr. Taylor was different when we walked out of finance! We retuned the next day to cancel or get issues resolved to no avail. This is my first of many reviews on this company. Asked manager or owner to call me within 3 days of the sale, no response!!

I enjoy coming here. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Oil changes on the weekend can take around 2 hours even with a 9am appointment. They have a nice waiting room and cubicle space for those that need to work. Wi-Fi is complimentary.

Have been a loyal a customer here called in to try to drop off my car and basically was told there was a 3-5 day backlog before they could look at the car. Another 3-5 day wait if parts are needed and that I would need to “figure out my situation” with a rental or getting around. I understand the issue with global events but the attitude and the way service advisors are talking to folks is off putting. Needless to say when I asked for a manager the guy started laughing in the phone.
