Love Chicos clothes but I am petite and this store doesn't carry enough petites. I generally order online. Staff is very helpful.

I went to the store with my daughter. I saw a jacket I liked and was going to get it. I had to ask for assistance as I couldn’t locate it on my own. The lady(shorter blonde) helped me, but couldn’t find my size. While “helping” me, she told another customer not to use an “unclean” fitting room. In the meantime, I asked to try a larger size. I was left in the fitting room area. I wasn’t offered a fitting room. She never came back to me. She went on to help another customer and when that customer’s size wasn’t available, she offered to order it online for her. This was my first time in this store. I am perturbed by people who treat others based on the color of their skin. I am human and that is all that should matter. I don’t flaunt my position. I ended up ordering the jacket online. The store has many stars, but they don’t treat everyone the same. The other blonde lady was busy folding inventory. She never smiled, or said hello. Keep it up ladies!! Thank you Chico’s!! A training in Diversity and Inclusion as well as Customer Service would serve your employees well!!

Alarmed at limited merchandise. Love this place and hope it's not closing. Usually find something fabulous here.

Poor service due to being a brown person. Will not be giving them my business period.

Oh I can't wait to get back to shopping on person, and this will be my first store to enter! I love Chico's, only problem is that the clothes last forever. I have two summer tops with butterfly sleeves I loved so much I bought a 2nd copy to have when #1 is in the wash.

Just moved back to Asheville. I have been shopping Chico’s in Wilmington. Sales assistants were great in the Biltmore store. I am still wearing Travelers that I purchased in 1999 when I visited China. Thank you for the quality and clothes that are flattering. Sincerely, Naomi Willis

4 stars because I liked it but nothing really blew me away. Nice people working there and they were actually having a 40% off sale on everything in the store. It's pretty large too especially compared to every other store out there. It's an odd location for a chain store in my opinion, like it's not really historic and it's in historic Biltmore village. Other than that Chicos just isn't really my style; I tend to like more simple or low key clothes and jewelry.

I love Chicos. Fits perfectly, is well made, just enough flash and flare, bold takes on the classics. And, best of all, the clothing lasts for many years.
