Just finished a visit to this location at the Tyler Mall in Riverside, CA. The store manager Lina and associate Shelley were the absolute best. They treated me as if I was the only customer they were going to see all day. The experience was a 10/10 with a lot of very insightful information! I learned about diamond cut quality, color, and clarity that goes into a diamond. If you are nervous or unsure about the process of purchasing any type of jewelry, this location will put you at ease. Great product was the cherry on top of the experience. Thank you Lina and Shelley for an awesome experience! I will definitely be back for any future jewelry needs!

Previous setting was through Jared and my husband purchased a new center stone. Jared refused to mount the new stone since it wasn’t purchased from them. Helzberg came to the rescue! Sales Rep, Eric Holguin and his jeweler both assisted me without any problem. They were both accommodating, understanding of the situation, and truly saved the day. Can’t wait to see my new ring!!! Going to buy all future jewelry from Helzberg!
