Best jewelry repair service in Riverside, California (CA) 2024

Just finished a visit to this location at the Tyler Mall in Riverside, CA. The store manager Lina and associate Shelley were the absolute best. They treated me as if I was the only customer they were going to see all day. The experience was a 10/10 with a lot of very insightful information! I learned about diamond cut quality, color, and clarity that goes into a diamond. If you are nervous or unsure about the process of purchasing any type of jewelry, this location will put you at ease. Great product was the cherry on top of the experience. Thank you Lina and Shelley for an awesome experience! I will definitely be back for any future jewelry needs! ~Daniel

Every item in the store is horrendously overpriced. Many of the watches are prices $100 or $200 over the normal retail cost that could be found at Amazon even for watches that would usually be worth $30-$40. Never go to this store unless you want to be completely ripped off with horrible costumer service to top it off ~No

Went in to get my wife's ring repaired. Gentleman had us out the door in 20 minutes. Highly recommend and they've definitely earned a lifetime customer ~Justin
