Every item in the store is horrendously overpriced. Many of the watches are prices $100 or $200 over the normal retail cost that could be found at Amazon even for watches that would usually be worth $30-$40. Never go to this store unless you want to be completely ripped off with horrible costumer service to top it off

I was overcharged an extra $100 Dollars on a $50 dollar watch and I was denied a refund and was told that my only option was to either keep the watch or exchange it. The salesman tried playing dumb and gave me a card with the store owners phone number on it however when I tried calling the number in front of him he immediately told me not to and that it was actually the store number. Never go to this store unless you want to get horrendously ripped off

I e been coming here for years now. Bobby is the man! He is super knowledgeable, has great product and fair in prices. I've bought invicta, Casio, g shock, nixon and others here.if he dont have it, he can get it.

Came here to get a new watch and found one that was cheaper than I saw at Macy’s. He even gave me an extra band. Super friendly and made me feel comfortable about buying a watch. I also brought my other watch to resize and get a battery changed and he did it for me while I was waiting and for a reasonable price. Thanks so much!!!

Will never go there again! Went to get my bracelet shorten and they told me it would be a two week wait. They called me after two weeks to pick up my bracelet and there was a knot in it, it wasn’t cut even, and it wasn’t even sized right! The guy tells me the owner takes his stuff to LA to get them fixed! So I gave them another chance to fix it. Went back the next day and supposedly they had fixed it. Turns out all they did was take the knot out...my bracelet is still big and uneven! They still charged me $38!!! Rip off! Do not come here!

i do not recommend this place if you want to engrave your personal items! ruined my watch by doing it wrong the first time and then scratched it all off so they can do it again and it just looks so ugly and cheap now. have to buy a new batteriecover and fix it somewhere else!

Got the battery replaced on my Michael Kors watch in about 10min. Only charged me $15 which is a lot more reasonable than Fast-fix in the same mall. They were gonna charge me $50 and take an hour? I highly recommend Bayside for battery replacement at least

Great watch store! I've been coming in for any repairs needed on my watches. I've bought about 17 watches from the owner. The watches are always well priced.

The owner is very unfriendly and extremely stingy. He charged me (at an overpriced rate) for something I didn't even ask for and could have easily done myself for free in a matter of a minute. After hearing my complaint/confrontation, he would not even remove the charge and then even had to run my credit card twice since he entered the wrong price. Do not go here unless you want to be ripped off by a Jerk owner.
