Slow day, went in the store to shop. Was only me and maybe two other customers in the store, and not one associate said “hi, welcome, or can I help you find anything”. Catering to teen skaters is cool and all, but adults are the one with the money to spend. Will take my business elsewhere where I feel more welcomed.

The lady that was working today was super helpful and even assisted me in replacing my new bearings that I purchased. Definitely a good experience with Zumiez, where sometimes the employees seem lazy.
