Beautiful store very bright and spacious amazing selection . Much better than the one in ontario mills . Great discounts also its not officially an outlet the prices run similar to ehat ypu pay at an outlet after discount . Staff was very helpful . The ladies there are amazing . Shock coach provide a better and more friendly shopping experience than most high end european designer . If you need something cheap and affortable than this is the place to be . Amazing deals . Coach is made in china so dont expect extraordinary quality or long lasting stuff.quality is meh .good selection of purses wallets and belt . Bigger man selection at this location . Prices are the EXACT same as what you would pay at the online coach outlet .

I used to buy more merchandise here but they’ve made the font on the price tags so small that you can’t read what you’re getting a discount on. I shouldn’t have to work so hard to buy something.

Edit - THANK YOU ALEXIS!! 😍 I have a local store in AZ that I love and when I was looking for a mini Daisy wallet they advised the closest store to have stock was in CA - on a musing, I called Alexis at Coach Cabazon late April 28 before closing(1850 pm) and quickly asked if it is even possible for them to send it to me after purchase, she immediately was so sweet and said YES! I was so thrilled but they were closing and a phone order sounded complex. I waited til today to call back and was greeted by the lovely Cynthia and she got me into contact with Alexis! She was super sweet again and apologized to me for being busy the prior evening when it was not even her fault! I advised I didn't want to rush her that night so this was perfect and she quickly retrieved my item and was able to complete my order and send me an emailed receipt in 10 minutes! I'm totally floored by COACH! New favorite store for sure - thanks SO MUCH ALEXIS!! I know you don't get paid extra for being so wonderful and kind, but I appreciate you so very much and will treasure my new mini wallet to go with my Ellen crossbody! Thanks Coach Cabazon 💗

I have been to this outlet a few times and the only thing I dislike is the sales persons on the floor approach you several times. I had 4 employees approach me in less than 30 minutes. Another thing is the line moves very slow. They only have 2 people at the register. Both times I've been there the wait is over 15 minutes to be the 2nd one in line. They have great deals and good sales!
