Miriam was so helpful to me this past weekend. I had been wanting an ear piercing, but hadn’t decided on what kind or where to put it exactly or any of it! She answered all my questions and gave a good recommendation regarding just doing one side first (upper ear) so I could sleep on the other side - genius! Lots of cute stuff in store also. I especially liked the sunglasses section.

I didn't buy anything but the people i was with did. Very slow checkout. I think they said they were having issues with their credit card machine but it also looked like the cashier was trying to train a new employee. No real complaints. I just waited outside the store for a long time while they were ringing up the people i was with because it was really packed and stuffy around the counter.

Had an excellent experience here at Claire's in the Santa Anita Mall today. My 6 year old daughter got both ears pierced this evening. She's always been afraid to go through with it but the workers here made the whole procedure so easy and anxiety-free for her. Big thank you to Jojo; a very bright personality, helpful, informative, kind, and considerate.

Great experience. The staff is kind and very helpful. I have specific needs for sensitivity and Claire's has several options. I am pleased with my earring purchase. Be advised: The store is at the JC Penney end of the mall.

I got my ears pierced at this location and was immensely dissatisfied with their ear peircing service and after care 3 week solution, which was recommended to me at the service. I got my ears periced on September 28 and my peircing have still not healed even with the proper application of the 3 week cleansing solution. In addition, the pericer told us that using alcohol or hydrogenperoxide would be “unsanitary” and should buy the 3 week cleansing solution comming to a grand total of 70$

Do not recommend for ear piercing. The manager of Claire's is really rude to customers who are unsatisfied with ear piercing. the faculty never listen to customer's opinion about the spot they want their ear be pierced at.

I keep trying to go back and see if it changes but as usual, the Santa Anita Claire’s has horrible customer service. Was going to buy something today but why should I if the employees are going to be so rude?

Mary the manager was absolutely fantastic! She was attentive and helpful to my 9 year old! She truly knows excellent customer service! Store is clean neat and organized.
