Sold me 14k jewelry as solid gold and it turned out to be silver and 14k Super disappointed with this business and experience. Reply to the owner: It was at your location and I have modified my review with the other store in Missouri. I have discarded the item since I can not wear something that is NOT 100% gold. I wrote this review so you can make sure in the future to only sell genuine and solid gold jewelry if you advertised it as 14k.

Always feel like a burden shopping here. Staff act cliquey and are short with customers. Styles are outdated and overpriced. Also not a great place to sell to.

I’m really happy I stopped here to grab an ENTIRE outfit for my nephews 1st birthday party. I was going to make one stop here for a dress ..and then somewhere else for shoes. Needles to say, I got everything here! Chip and Jackie were extremely helpful and nice. They made me feel comfortable and not rushed which was refreshing. I’ll def stop by next time in I’m in Asheville:)

I give five stars because of the excellent customer service. When I can make the drive to the location it is well worth it because I always leave with something I absolutely love. Recently I brought in items to sell and the manager Chip helped me to bring everything in - lifesaver. Another associate Alliesha explained how everything works and while that was being sorted out Jakie helped me find and choose two great new pieces which I look forward to wearing - she has a good eye and knew exactly what I didnt even fully know I was looking for! Stores with employees like this truly make a difference & are the reason Im willing to drive the extra miles! Highly Recommend!

Over the weekend I had visited. From the looks of it, I did not know it was a re-sale store at all. I immediately noticed the high end merchandise behind the counter which is what caught my eye and from further shopping the behind the counter was just as nice as what was in the aisles. With being from out of town it was also pleasing to see the staff there having fun, helping customers and creating a fantastic atmosphere to walk into. I was helped by the manager Chip and Jackie and it was such a great experience. Anytime I am in town I will definitely be stopping by to see what great treasures I can find.

My sister and I visited last week. She purchased a beautiful Coach purse and some lovely clothes. Teresa was so helpful and such a wonderful sales associate. She explained the consignment process. I brought some clothes in today and sold a few things. I was so happy to see Teresa again. She even offered to carry my basket out to my car. She is awesome and goes above and beyond!

Chip is the nicest guy ever, I got 2 wallets and a purse for me, my boyfriend and his mother. Excellent selection and wonderful people inside. Made me feel right at home. Amazing prices as well!!!

Absolutely love this store! It has so many great choices and the staff has always been super friendly. Stephanie was very helpful in finding a dress I needed along with shoes and pearls to match! Although I can't always get away with an entire outfit I love seeing the different products that come in. The purses and shoes are by far my favorite though!
