An hour drive to find it understaffed. Waited an hour for the other staff to get released to come to work. Got phones transferred over but had to leave before data transfer because ran out of time.

Just wanted to share an experience I had at this store. I needed to get new phones for my family and put if off for months because I absolutely HATE getting new phones, it is such a painful experience, like buying a car! Just a long drawn out process. But to my very pleasant surprise our salesperson, Elizabeth made this such a GREAT experience. It was really so refreshing to have a salesperson who knew about the products and was pleasant, helpful and fun! We were in and out in record time and really ENJOYED it! I was shocked myself..... But definitely would recommend this store for anyone looking for phones and or just information. Thanks again Elizabeth!!!

I had a wonderful experience at T mobile. I was in a terrible situation with Verizon paying a bill of $293.00 a month to be reduced to $265.00. I was beside myself being a senior citizen on a fixed income Verizon said they could not help me. I had to call. Their customer service was non existenant. I saw an ad for T mobile, they would pay $800 to switch. I stopped, they gave me a detailed bill for exactly what my charges will be. I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. So disappointed in how I was treated and deceived T mobile. Carly and Joseph definitely get a 10

I came into the Queensbury NY T-Mobile store today with my ancient dinosaur J7 galaxy phone (plastic screen cos I break every glass screen). I was immediately greeted by store manager, Ryan. He was so kind and extremely helpful! I know nothing about technology and Ryan took the wheel and proceeded to help me activate my phone. In the past at other store locations, staff hadn't been as pleasant. Please take some time to acknowledge Ryan as he truly was a breath of fresh air and the prime example of how all T-Mobile employees should portray themselves when assisting a customer. Ryan, thank you so much for helping me out today. You truly made this a stress free experience! I know you are moving over to the T-Mobile in Colony NY..but I will always remember you! If I should ever find myself in Colony, I will stop in and say hello! And reviewers..did I mention how cute Ryan is?!?! 😉😉😉

Logan has to be one of the best people I’ve come across at T-Mobile! I’ve been dealing with a lot of cancelling and restarting things after leaving a business; and I think if Logan hadn’t been there to help me as much as he did; I probably would be crying. It’s so overwhelming; but Logan did so much to make sure I was okay!

Logan totally rocks. What an asset to T- Mobile.!!! I've been a Sprint customer for almost 20 years and I felt the full transition to the T- Mobile experience was thoroughly explained and made the switch entirely comfortable. He was friendly, patient with questions and possesed full scale knowledge of offers, programs, devices and services. He even assisted his co-workers along the way with patience and professionalism! Give that guy a raise!
