Best cell phone store in Queensbury, New York (NY) 2024

Just wanted to share an experience I had at this store. I needed to get new phones for my family and put if off for months because I absolutely HATE getting new phones, it is such a painful experience, like buying a car! Just a long drawn out process. But to my very pleasant surprise our salesperson, Elizabeth made this such a GREAT experience. It was really so refreshing to have a salesperson who knew about the products and was pleasant, helpful and fun! We were in and out in record time and really ENJOYED it! I was shocked myself..... But definitely would recommend this store for anyone looking for phones and or just information. Thanks again Elizabeth!!! ~Patricia
