I was truly disappointed in the customer service I recieved today at this home depot. The lady I was dealing with was obviously racist . I was returning products that I recently purchased. The product amount for return was $424.00. The employee was giving me attitude and using a combative tone with me for no reason . I requested for cash back instead of returning the money back to my card. She replied in a loud tone i dont have enough cash in my register to give you. I told her this is home depot I am sure there is $424.00 in the store somewhere. She replied what do you want me to do I dont have it. She noticed I wasn't going anywhere until I got my cash return. I own houses and 2 apartment buildings . I've been shopping at home depot for 27 years, so I know the employee whom name was Linda didn't know what the hell she was talking about or she may even thought I was ignorant of their process to get money when needed. She made a phone call and the cash came through a tube like the tubes at a bank drive through. I spoke with the manager which was a waist of time. I called home depot head quarters now awaiting their response to this situation. I never had this problem at Lowes. Moving forward this queensbury NY home depot will not receive another dime of my money.

Was treated very poorly by a associate name Linda. Very bad customer service no interpersonal skills. Probably even racist since her attitude change when she saw us. So disappointed after shopping at home depot for over 27 years.

never have I waited this long at lowes for assistance in flooring going on 28min and still waiting on help. queensbury, ny absolutely terrible customer service I had to walk up to 3 workers now to get them to paige some one. I will never shop at home cheapo again. not 1 employee asked if we needed assistance terrible if I could give negative 10 stars I would.

Service department is a complete joke. Lucas (service technician), Bob (service supervisor) , and Evan (store manager) are incompetent and unprofessional. Kept my snowblower for over 3 months and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it nor communicate with me. They claimed to have fixed it and it was ready to be picked up just to be told it needs a complete engine rebuild then the story changed to it might need one and they have no idea what's going on. Couldn't give an accurate estimate besides maybe $400 could be double or could need a new engine. Don't waste your time. Your toddler could do a better job.

The only thing this store has going for it is that chances are they have what you need, but you better know where it is and you better know how to use it because these guys are no help whatsoever!

I found the item I was looking for relatively easy. I saved several 100 hundred dollars on the item because the price was fairly priced. The store was clean and full of helpful staff willing to assist me or say good morning.

Be ware. A 10% Veterans discount is only available on certain items. Would you believe cement , appliances, and lumber are not eligible. How ironic.

Dropped by to pick up some rubber mulch and electrical supplies. Mostly things that are hard to get back in NYC, even via mailorder. Fortunately everything was in stock and priced well. I also found the staff to be quite friendly and helpful. The only negative thing I could see was that the nursery and outdoor areas were a bit messy and cluttered.
