Highly recommend!! All of the staff have been great to work with, on all of my visits. I raised a small concern with their car wash, but GM Dave was quick to investigate. After Nissan of Manhattan closed, I initially started going up to Middletown (and, they were also fantastic); but, Rockland Nissan is my new Nissan home. Highly recommend!!

Hi all, this dealership is the real deal! I just bought a 2020 Rouge Sport and I did a lot of shopping around. Rockland Nissan is one of the most professional dealership you will find. They are a group of people that really care about their customers! I was treated with respect, courtesy, and kindness. The sales folks are not pushy and they provide you with good facts on vehicle and the market. They also educate you on what to expect when shopping around and they are so on point! I brought my car here because the brakes were making noise. The dealer looked at the car and charged me to resurface the front rotors and replace front pads. After having the work done, the noise did not go away. I eventually returned to the dealer and they couldn't figure out the problem, but offered to resurface the rear rotors and change the brake pads free of charge as a precaution. I took the day off from work and returned to the dealer another day to have the rear brakes resurface as promised but the dealer reneged on the offer. The service rep Justin lied and claimed he never made me the offer two days prior. The manager Daniel also refused to honor their offer even though I explained to him a previous manager authorized it. He just said he wasn't the manager who authorized it so he wouldn't honor it. This dealer never originally diagnosed the problem accurately and performed unnecessary work to collect money. This is a very dishonest dealer that makes offers to bring customers in then go back on their word.

So I was recommended here by a friend and let me tell you as soon as I started the process it was no looking back. They showed me the cars they had I told them I had kids I’m interested in something not too big. I was working with Danny and he showed me the Nissan rogue they have and I fell in love ! We started the process of financing it and he worked with me and my budget he helped me get the car I wanted and needed and helped me make it affordable. I only go to Danny and Rockland Nissan now for anything with my car ! Service work is quick and easy and Danny is nice and patient . Thank you for the amazing car and experience !

Went in to extend our lease with no intention of leasing another vehicle. Kenny helped us out and we can’t say nothing but nice things. I had to get service for my SUV, had received emails from Rockland Nissan, so I went and James received me and got my vehicle in, and he was really good and had a great attitude, and very professional explaining everything to me. I was satisfied with the customer service that was provided to me. I’m Italian and I keep my word,, I will refer family and friends to visit Rockland Nissan. I also spoke to Madeline about a new Rogue, she gave me some info and maybe when I get back to New York I’ll stop by and see her.

This Nissan dealership has wowed me with their professionalism, efficiency, honesty, and credibility. They do not try to steal your money, but rather to assist you. Frankie and Pedro are the best people, these two truly amazing, honest, and hardworking people. I strongly advise the owner to give them a raise or promote them. Strongly recommended this place.
