Sold my Xterra to Lia a couple days ago. Overall very positive experience. They made me an offer I thought was fair and I accepted. They worked with my very tight schedule/impulse sale; the whole thing must have been wrapped up in 45minutes. Deon was the salesman I worked with. I will update if I can find the manager’s card, but both were very professional. They were doing a lot of construction but they were really working to make everyone as comfortable as possible. What more can you really ask?

Sketchy dealership. Tried to get us to put down a deposit BEFORE offering financing rates. What??? You want me to start paying for something without even telling me what it will cost? Yeah no. Took our business elsewhere and had a much better experience.

I forget his name, but the man working the service desk with the cool piercings and tattoos was nothing short of amazing, and was excellent at communicating updates to me and my partner as needed. The complimentary ice cream, fruit, and coffee/tea was also a plus, and made an otherwise boring and mundane task a bit more enjoyable. Thank you!
