I ordered an unwhich which should be a lovely green lettuce wrap. Not impressed at all Richfield JJ’s. They put the ugliest, rusty, old lettuce as the vehicle for a bread free sandwich. Disgusting.

I checked my sandwich after I ordered it, and they forgot the onions and my bread had broke in half, so I had to ask them to remake the sandwich, with onions on it and this time. Other than that it was great, and service was quick. Plus Ludacris was playing on the stereo system, so that was a plus, lol.

Used loyalty program points and got one of our sandwiches free. We have other rewards, but you can only use 1 per visit.

I just had an irritating experience at this location. There were 4 employees and only one was working. The other three were screaming racial slurs, cursing and acting in very disturbing ways. They did not care at all that there were customers waiting and eating in. The woman who was working might have been having some type of mental episode but it was totally inappropriate and the two other male employees were egging her on. I wasn't sure if I was at a party or in Jimmy Johns??? I spent over 15 minutes in a place I expect to spend less than 2. I almost walked. I will not go back to this location. Absolutely unacceptable. I hope this gets to the local owner because these employees are going to run them out of business.

Just like other reviews, this took a couple hours to arrive. When I called, like with the other reviews, they told me the driver just got back. I imagine this is the default excuse. I'm sure the employees are great. The person on the phone and the delivery driver were very polite and apologetic. This doesn't go on them. I can't imagine these 1hr+ delays are because they're that bad at the job. They must be struggling with getting deliver drivers. At the end of the day, seeing the same reviews for over a year now, this falls on JJ upper management/corporate. TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER.

I honestly don’t know what is happening at the Richfield location. This is the most recent order canceled because it wasn’t even in transit an hour after placing it. I call to see what the hold up is and they tell me they don’t have chicken, and their website already removed everything with turkey. so that limited options and no one could call to let me know that the order couldn’t be filled. This location was great in the past, but there is something happening that is making it change for the worse. Sad it experience and I hope they improve.

Listen, I don’t doubt that there are hard workers here, but if you have customizations, don’t expect them to follow through on all of them (especially bread ones like leave in/cut in half). I expected quite a bit more lettuce as well. If you live in Morris Park, you’re better off going to the Saint Paul location.

I canceled my delivery after 2 hours of waiting. I was told that the only delivery driver was out on delivery. After nearly 2 hours I called the store to see if the delivery driver was okay. The employee who answered the phone was pretty cool & put a free sammy on for my next order, but judging by the other recent reviews I will not be ordering from this store anytime soon.

I am absolutely discussed. I placed an order over an hour and twenty minutes ago, and it still has not left the store. I called after an forty minutes of waiting and the kid that answered the phone has no sense of urgency or care about getting people their orders. I have never had to wait for an hour plus for a sandwich. I have ran a delivery restaurant as well I know busy and how to keep food moving out the door. They need to figure this out and fast.

I ordered from this location a number of times. I have never had any issues. I placed an order today at 1:45 pm. It had not arrived and there were no updates in the order tracker. I called at 2:25 to cancel the order. I was told by the gentleman that they had a catering order and was just catching up. He stated there were a number of orders before mine and that I could the food delivered or cancel the order. I stated that I would like to cancel the order. He stated ok. The order arrived at 3:25. I declined to take it. I understand this is a business; however, they should refuse orders when they're working on such a large order. It is unfair to your customers that typically order weekly.
