Went in to upgrade 2 phones it took him a long time to get to me while talking personally to someone (20.mins) then he gets to me rudely i told time what i wanted but everything i wanted he didn't have BUT the iPhones & all the other phones (expensive) he has in stock.. Very rude man. I won't go back there

Kiwi was great! I went in with an old out dated phone that was causing me all types of problems, and left with a new phone that ran faster, better and smarter. My fiance came in with me just so I could pay my bill and he found out what he would be gain by switching carriers as well as got a great deal on a newer phone.

Kiwi and Romo were very attentive very patient. They explained everything that I need to know down to the wire. The asked question to best fit my needs. Athina was the representative who helped me today and went above and beyond by assisting me in a phone issue that created me an enormous amount of anxiety. She helped me reset my phone, combined my contacts, reset passwords and wrote down information for me to have for personal use. And then she was able to save me money by finding out that my account had a credit in it! She is personal, easy to understand and best of all did not make me feel inferior. Please acknowledge this in a review of her performance.
