I've had enough, I hate this target. I can forgive the constant low stock, even though I can't even count how often I'll go to pick up milk and it's out of stock. Fault myself for poor produce. But, I can't get past the years of just horrible customer service. Went in to get chocolate milk and Fairfax milk. Out of stock. I ask two employees, both say whatever is on the shelf is all we have. I ask if they can check the back, they said no. I explain to them, the last four times in a row someone checked for me and they had them in stock, can they check? Like robots they both said, I don't work in that department, but they put everything out every morning. (If they don't work in that department how do they know the back stock?) Last four times in a row someone checked it was stocked on the back and not out. Every time I've asked for assistance they're just so useless. Only nice employee is the lady that welcomes people with a smile. I don't buy frozen food but I've been astonished by the low stock when I go check for chocolate milk, which is also always out of stock. I'll pay more at cub.

Target is my go-to store for many of the groceries that I buy on a regular basis. Although all stores are challenged by supply issues these days, Target generally has most of the items on my list. With Target Circle membership, I can take advantage of some very good deals with prices even lower than Target's normal competitive prices. Today was an unusually pleasant experience because the associate who was guiding people through the self-checkout lanes was especially friendly and appeared to be enjoying her work.

This Target is the size of a mall. Very nice interior and exterior. Great layout and selection.

I purchased my groceries via order pick up because I work a lot and don't really have time to go grocery shopping. I arrived and apparently the app didn't go through when I selected "on my way". So I pulled up, checked in and waited. As the woman approached my car I held my number up and she instructs me to roll my window down. This is supposed to be contactless and the app even tells you to keep your windows up. She proceeds to yell at me and tell me I should have checked in because it takes up their time if I don't and I need to have consideration for others. I did attempt to check in and let them know I was on my way but when I tried to tell her that I was interrupted and she continued to yell at me. I won't be shopping at this Target ever again and I hope that employee gets some disciplinary action, because that was very very unprofessional. When I spoke to the manager she informed me this isn't the first time she's had complaints against her.

Waited 20 minutes for anyone with keys to show up in electronics, and then waited another 20 to be checked out with one item only to be eyed and followed by the security team and other employees. Nothing else I wanted was in stock and everything was in disarray. Employees should be more concerned with doing their job than fraternizing and playing spy with security.

You can't count on registry items at target. I went to 6 targets and not one had a baby bag for me so I guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere. What a let down, I was hoping to finally get one since I gave mines away when I had a stillbirth on 2012, now its impossible to get one and im in my third trimester.

It’s sad that I’ve order the same bra and Fridley location failed to find it. It wasn’t out of stock, it was mislabeled. I understand the we are human part but there is a reason why people should check and recheck things so this situation doesn’t happen where I have to do a job for them and it’s something I’m not getting paid for. Rather then if I do come to this store. Some of the staff members are great and they are nice. I just know if I ever want to do a mobile order. Don’t do it at this location.
