Came here today, had to wait 25 minutes in the drive thru to deposit a check. Terrible service. I have been a customer since 1986 and am ready to switch banks after today. Ridiculous! Make these customers that can't figure their banking out come into the lobby!!!

Worst wellsfargo bank ive visited in all my years. Took the teller 30 mins just to get through the car infront of me and unfortunately i couldnt pull out cause there was a car behind me. Took the teller 5 mins to return my id and card when i asked for it back. Didnt even get my money back that i requested and why would they even need to know your address when you gave them your card to withdraw money from your account!? Would not recommend this branch even if its the last option. Teller doesn't even seem apoplectic or show any signs of wanting to help out their customer. Jer smart remarks was uncalled for and unfortunately she also refused to give me her name or call a manager over so i can talk to him/her about the issue with the teller.
